Homestay message

Hello :)

My name is Ziba and my husband's name is Fred. We are an older married couple who live in a Los Angeles suburb. Both our sons have grown and moved out of the house. We do not have any pets.

We live in a nice three bedroom townhouse in a nice quiet area that is close to restaurants, the mall, theaters as well as to the freeway and bus stops. It is a great area to live in. We have one bedroom available with a bathroom. We also provide free internet acess, digital cable tv, washer and dryer use and a storage area.

The complex has a swimming pool and a recreation area. We live minutes away from Pierce College and just a few miles from California State University, Northridge.

We both like to cook, go out to dinners, go swimming, go out for walks in the park close to our home and occasionally we like to entertain family and friends.

We would enjoy hosting a nice individual, preferably a student, who would like to stay in LA and is looking for a quiet and clean place to stay. We are both very friendly and respectful people and we would like the same in the person who would like to stay with us. Would love to hear from you. :)
