Full house privalages, including first class kitchen with gas range, double door S/S refrigerator, and top end GE washer and dryer. Direct TV with high definition Sony. Each room also has a small refrigerator. Bedroom has all Danish Modern Teak furniture and the platform bed is queen size. All sheets, towels, quilts, pillows, electric blankets, etc. supplied. Located in a safe secure residential area in the Sylmar mountains, above all the noise, smog, and heat of the San Fernando Valley. Currently one room is rented to a California State University At Northridge female student. One room is open for rent on Nov 1st.
