Hi, I am a CSUN visiting scholar from Shanghai, China. I am a man 37years old. I would like to rent a furnitured one bedroom from DEC,12,2009 to Feb, 10 ,2010. I hope the rent fee will include all the utilities, such as gas, water, elecrtic, cable,etc. Cause i Have no car(I have a bike), I would appreciate it if the house in close to CSUN.
